As a lifelong Fort McMurray resident, I’m excited to be involved in introducing new opportunities for people to get out and enjoy our beautiful forests and trails. I have always enjoyed riding bikes, but only recently started learning to ride my mountain bike on trails.

I have been an active cyclist for the last 20 years and was raised in this beautiful community. For the past eight years, I have been training my kids in the passion I love: mountain biking. Being able to share that knowledge and teach the next generation of youth in this community to enjoy and love the sport that I do. I always say that biking fills my happy tank! Come and join us to see what it’s all about.

Hello, I have been involved with FMCA since its inception in 2022. I have a passion for cycling, from mountain biking to road riding, and I have been riding for close to 30 years. I look forward to developing the trail system here in Fort McMurray and riding with other cyclists.

I’ve called Fort McMurray home for the last 20 years. I have always been passionate about everything on two wheels, for as long as I can remember. I’ve been riding bikes since I was a little kid, and my passion for cycling has never died down. I’ve been involved with the Fort McMurray Cycling Association since day one. It’s an amazing community of friends, cyclists and just overall great people who share the love for cycling. The FMCA has given me the opportunity to run the Kids of Mud program for the last couple of years, where I can pass along some of my knowledge, my experience and my love for cycling to the next generation.

Canada has been my home since 2006, and from day one, I’ve been blown away by Fort McMurray’s nature, awesome community, and the endless activities you can dive into. Road or mountain biking is my jam, and joining this vibrant cycling club has made my rides even more fun, challenging, and social. Come and join us for a ride – it’s a blast!
