Become a Member & Ride With Us

Join the Fort McMurray cycling community and take part in rides, events, and activities throughout the season. Your membership helps support local trails, youth programming, and the growth of cycling in our region. It also includes the required insurance coverage through the Alberta Bicycle Association.

How to Become a Member

Follow the quick step-by-step tutorial below to complete your membership registration through the Alberta Bicycle Association.

When you open the registration link, you’ll see two fees:

FMCA Membership Fee – supports Fort McMurray Cycling Association

ABA (Alberta Bicycle Association) Fee – required insurance

Youth: CAD $43
Adult: CAD $53

Click “Individual Registration” under the FMCA logo to begin.

1. Create or Log In to Your CCN Account

Log in if you already have an account, or select Sign Up to create one.
2. Register Yourself or a Family Member

Use your CCN account to register yourself, your child, or another family member.
3. Enter Member Information

Provide the members: Full name | Address | Email | Phone number
4. Choose Registration Options

Continue to the membership selection page.
5. Select Membership Type

For FMCA only, choose: Community Membership (highlighted in green). You may select additional activities if needed.
6. Add Required Details. Enter:

Emergency contact | Cycling discipline interests
7. Review ABA Insurance

Basic insurance is included with the ABA fee. | Optional additional coverage is available.
8. Confirm Emergency Contact

Review and confirm before continuing.
9. Complete Waivers

Read and sign the required waivers. | If registering a child, sign on their behalf.
10. Proceed to Payment

You’ll see ABA and FMCA fees listed separately (with taxes). | Submit payment and save your receipt for future reference.
